Spring 2010: Barcode request by mail
is required for all consignors

All consignors are required to
register online
before they request barcodes by mail
Online
Registration will begin on Saturday, February 6th.
*Please use your registration number printed on the front of your
postcard when you register online. Each consignor must have their own
registration number.
If you did not receive a postcard (or misplaced it) please call Cindy
880-7503 or Lynn 882-6798 to get a registration # before you register online

- Please count your items for the sale before you request
barcodes.
- Barcode request by mail instructions will be printed on your online confirmation
page.
- Print your online confirmation page.
- When you request barcodes by mail you will:

Receive your consignor #
(which is different from your online registration #) You get a new
consignor # for each sale.

Receive your barcode stickers.
(70 items per consignor, 100 items per volunteer). Worker's
schedule will be confirmed to receive more than 70 barcodes.
Workers must register and mail for barcodes.

Barcodes are assigned
in groups of 10, e.g. 10, 20, 30, …. 70.
Mail your printed confirmation page with a #10
business size (4"x9.5"), self addressed, stamped
envelope (SASE) to:

Your envelope must be postmarked no later than
Wednesday, February 17th.
One #10 business size
(4"x9.5") SASE and
confirmation page must be received for each consignor. Multiple
consignor's barcodes will not be mailed in the same SASE.
Mail postmarked after the deadline or received without meeting
the above requirements may not be processed or returned.
Space is limited and online
registration for barcodes will close when item capacity is reached.
Please request only the barcodes that you need so that other
consignors will be able to participate.
