read these Guidelines carefully
All Consignors must
register to consign online before
requesting barcodes by mail.
Online Registration will begin Saturday, August 21st. If you do not have web access at home, work, a friends home, or a public
library, then call Lynn (882-6798) or Cindy (880-7503) after you receive your postcard to register.
All consignors
must request barcodes by mail before Wednesday, September 1st. See the
barcode information page for instructions on how to request barcodes.
Space is limited, and barcode assignment
will be closed when capacity is reached.
Important note to consignors,
Thanks to our participants,
Kids’ Kloset has become a popular event in Huntsville. At times we have
reached our item capacity and have had to close barcode assignment. We
would like to include everyone who wishes to participate and we are
asking you to help. Please count the number of items you will sell
before you request barcodes. Only request barcodes if you are sure that
you will participate in the sale. Not using barcodes costs other
consignors the opportunity to participate in a sale. In consideration of
others, please request only barcodes you will use. Thanks for your help
There is a limit of 70
items per consignor (Barcodes are assigned in groups of 10; e.g. 10, 20,
30, ..., 70)
There
is a limit of 100 items per worker. See
Work With Us for information.
Workers must register and mail for barcodes.
Minimum
price per item is 3 dollars (no cents).
We no
longer accept: Any car seats, maternity clothes, stuffed animals (Beanie
Babies are still accepted).
We
will not accept children’s underwear or training pants.
We will not accept clothing that smells of smoke.
